I found this recipe for wings, although it looks like it'd be good for either chicken or pork really.
Baked Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings
Ingredients
1.5 pounds bone-in chicken wings I used both wings and drumsticks 3 tablespoons olive oil salt and pepper, to taste
lemon pepper sauce
6 tablespoons butter, melted 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper juice from 1/2 lemon about 3 tablespoons 2 teaspoons honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a cooling rack on top of the foil. Arrange chicken wings in a single layer (not touching) and brush with olive oil on both sides. Season generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Bake for 25-45 minutes or until crispy (I did mine for 45 minutes) Whisk together butter, honey, cracked black pepper, and lemon juice. Brush onto chicken wings. Serve immediately.
Notes This recipe as written makes 1.5 pounds chicken wings about 16 wings. You can of course increase or decrease the ingredients to suit.
I personally just used 10 wings and cooked them for around 45 minutes. At the 30 minute mark or so, I brushed on some of the sauce onto the wings. Then at the end, I also brushed on some more.
It was tasty.
My sister did the same trick, only she used grapefruit juice and garlic instead of lemon. That was good too.

Chicken Florentine
I've actually tried this recipe before and it was pretty good. www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ree-drummond/chicken-florentine-pasta-recipe-33816911 pound penne Salt 4 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size chunks (You can just use the raw pre-cut chicken tenders) Ground pepper 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons olive oil 4 cloves garlic, minced (or you can get the already minced stuff) 3/4 cup low-sodium broth, more if needed 3/4 cup dry white wine 1 bag baby spinach 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise 4 ounces Parmesan. shaved with a vegetable peeler, plus more for serving Cook the pasta according to package directions in lightly salted water. Drain and set aside. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the butter and olive oil over high heat in a large skillet. Add the chicken chunks in a single layer and do not stir for a minute or two in order to allow the chicken to brown on the first side. Flip the chicken and brown on the other side. Cook until done, and then remove the chicken from the skillet. Turn the heat to medium. Add the garlic and quickly stir to avoid burning. After about 30 seconds, pour in the broth and wine, stirring to deglaze the skillet. Allow the liquid to bubble up, and then continue cooking until it's reduced by at least half (most of the surface of the liquid should be bubbling at this point). Turn off the heat. Add the spinach, tomatoes, chicken, cooked pasta and Parmesan shavings to the skillet. Toss to combine; the spinach will wilt as you toss everything. Add more Parmesan shavings and serve immediately! Serve with extra Parmesan shavings.

Lemon Chicken and Asparagus Alfredo
1 Lb Chicken Tenders, uncooked (If you're feeling adventursome, you can get regular chicken breasts, debone them and chop them into tender sized pieces. I personally wasn't in the mood.)
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice or about 2 lemons squeezed (basically enough juice to pour over the chicken bits)
Lemon Pepper to taste 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Small onion, finely diced 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 Tsp sea salt 1/2 Black Pepper
Pasta of Choice 1 Fresh Package of Asparagus tough ends removed and chopped into bite sized pieces
Instructions Cook pasta according to cooking instructions on package Drain and lay aside
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking pan with tin foil, grease and put the chicken on the tin-foil. Season it with the lemon juice and lemon pepper to taste. Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
Pour the juice and drippings from the cooked chicken into a skillet. Add the butter and melt. Saute the Onions and Asparagus until done. Add salt, pepper, whipping cream and cheese to mix. Stir together.
Plate the pasta and Chicken, pour Veggies and Cream mixture over the pasta and chicken.
Yum.
