Rushing it would have been if he had done it on the original timeline, which he extended. No, he fucked up because he didn't really have a plan for getting people out if the Taliban took control quickly. Which they did. On the equipment, we destroyed most of what we couldn't take of what was ours. The rest of the equipment was not ours. It was the Afghan army's equipment. We gave it to them. If we had taken that equipment when we left, we would have seen just as much in the way of repercussions, if not more, from the international community. Same as for if we had destroyed it. Logistically, a lot of that equipment is going to break soon. Sure, they can scavenge parts from other equipment to keep it working, but that won't last long because even when regularly maintained much of our equipment just fails regularly. Sure, for some of it getting the parts won't be hard, but that's not the case for most of the big equipment. He extended it by only a short amount of time. We left our allies out to be murdered just like Trump did with the Kurds. Both of them are fucktards for it. You don't treat people who put their lives on the line at our assurances out to dry like that. You also don't leave Americans who want to get out behind like we did. The above about leaving our allies to be murdered I agree with. He extended the time by several months. IIRC, the original date was May 1. Fucked it up around the beginning of August. There's your three months. He just didn't seem to do any planning during that time. I DO know that the Afghan President asked him to keep the evacuation of Afghans who helped us as under the radar as possible, and by doing so he made getting them out go that much slower. I suspect, though I obviously don't know, that if he had not done that the Taliban would have begun taking over as soon as they found out we were taking out those people. Same for if we had tried to destroy/remove the Afghan army's equipment. Which would have been a significant betrayal of the Afghan army. And in all honesty, we would have had to destroy that equipment. No way in hell we could have taken it. First, getting it from the Afghan army wouldn't have been easy. Second, we would have had to fight the Afghan army to destroy that equipment. That wasn't going to happen. Gotta wonder how much of it was actually in working order, since the people who had been doing the logistical support had left significantly before August.

Wild how the Biden administration is following a course of action mandated by the Supreme Court. Let's hope they can find a way to reverse the Trump-era policy that doesn't run into legal technicalities, and treat all those brown people you're concerned about with dignity. But sure. Keep spouting your BS.

Wild how the Biden administration is following a course of action mandated by the Supreme Court. Maybe you missed where Biden called that course "dangerous, inhumane, and goes against everything we stand for as a nation of immigrants" when it was 'Trump's policy', but now that it's "mandated by the Supreme Court", well, it's a-okay then right? Just checking how deeply up the DNC's you're planted.

You are dumb. 1. Biden suspended the "remain in Mexico" policy when he assumed the presidency. 2. An angry reactionary judge in Texas ruled his suspension unconstititional, on the grounds that it was not implemented correctly. He instructed the US to restart the program 3. The Biden administration appealed the Texas ruling. The appeal was denied 4. The Biden administration was obligated to restart the program. Which it has. In accordance with the legal directive. What do you think Biden should have done? Ignore the courts? You really are dumb. Of all of the stupid-ass, hokey and morally bankrupt shit the Biden administration is guilty of, you choose to focus on this? Because of your need to pwn teh Libs. Yuk-yuk!

Nice. Do you understand who denied the appeal? Stop using Title 42 to accelerate deportation of illegal immigrants since that's what he claimed he'd do on the campaign trail. Funny how he did the opposite. What he should do and what I expect of him of course are two totally opposite things (and what I want him to do, which is continue on as he is. I mean shit, he's helping to kill the DNC, he's almost become my favorite President we've had in almost 40 years). No my point, you dimwitted motherfucker, is that Biden isn't against this. He knew what would happen when they tried to end the MPP, it's exactly what he wanted which, is why Biden hasn't spoken out against it since. He let's underlings decry it, while he stands by silently using it to continue and increasing, what Trump was doing. And you lefties are okay with that because "Biden doesn't make mean tweets". I know you didn't vote for Biden, the post was aimed at this board's few Lefty morons who voted for Biden (and will vote Buttigeig and Harris in 2024, like dumb little programmed idiots). Nah, this is just what I finally felt like rubbing kirinke and the few other Lefty voters we have here's noses in. It stopped being funny 6 months ago, but this felt like it might be a fun one, so I posted it. I told y'all Biden was Trump, just a bland non-populist, non-mean tweeting version, but noooo, the moron Lefties believed those campaign promises just like good little Lefty morons. I mean shit, "We'll just bully Biden left"? That was insanely funny every time the Left said it, man has a 50 year career fighting for what he wants (which is very much what a bunch of the DNC wants, though the DNC is split on that, between the Clintonian Globalists and the Centrist Unionists and a tiny splinter of crazed foaming at the mouth Authoritarian 'Progressives') and getting it (through compromises and bipartisan favor trading, which I actually don't have a problem with). Though I'll be honest, I don't really think Biden's at the wheel. I think it's the Faction that's backing him that is pushing this agenda, Biden is the elder abused puppet they push out to mumble through speeches and shit himself at foreign events. It's fucking sad and nothing will ever be done to address it.

America fights for its own political and economic interests. If they happen to coincide with the veneer of another country's freedom, then that's a trumpet it will loudly sound. Seriously. Are you that naïve? Do I need to make a (very long) list of instances where the US has failed to show "a willingness to come and fight for freedom" because they run counter to Washington's agenda? Moron. Grow up.

That's a serious misrepresentation of WWII and US history. We fought Germany because they declared war on us after we declared war on Japan. I'm not actually sure we would have declared war on Germany if they hadn't declared war on us as there was significant support for the Nazis in the US. And he's also right about how many times the US has failed to help the people of other countries who were fighting for freedom from dictators and such. And many of those times we were not just not helping those fighting dictators, we were helping the dictators.

WWII was between Hitler and Stalin; pretty much everything else was a side show. That your national mythology runs counter to that narrative and you're still slurping that kool aid is merely another demonstration of your ignorance. Stalin saved Europe from Hitler - if there had been the four million Germans who were deployed to the Eastern front holed up in France and Germany, things would have gone rather differently. The US might have saved Western Europe from Stalin, although the continuing momentum of Soviet expansion is hard to gauge. I don't blame you: your shithole country has a shitty education system and your propaganda machine is very powerful. 2. Just stop and consider for one minute the amount of damage the US has done to democracy since WWII In 2013 Obama supported the overthrow of Egypt's first democratically elected President In 2009 Obama supported the overthrow of democratic government in Honduras In 2004 Bush supported the overthrow of democratic government in Haiti In 2002 Bush supported the overthrow of Venezuela's democratically elected government In 1973 the US backed the overthrow of Chile's democratically elected government In 1954 the US violently overthrew Guatemala's democratically elected government In 1953 the US backed the coup which overthrew Iran's democratically elected government I'm sure there are others I've forgotten about. This is all about protecting American corporate interests. It might surprise you that socialism is actually quite popular, which is why people vote for left-wing governments. It might also surprise you that the reason that the US is reviled in so many countries isn't because of Disney+ and McDonald's. 3. Do I believe the world is better under Pax Americana than it would be otherwise? Well, actually, yes, yes I do. But the US is an imperial power, and behaves as all imperial powers do. Don't sugar coat that shit.

LOL. Stalin didn't do shit except kill more communists than Hitler.
The Russian winter saved France, Hitler started that war on his eastern front because he was (rightfully so) worried that Stalin wouldn't uphold the treaty. Okay, I'll grant you, Stalin's likely inability to uphold treaties he thought he could ignore, saved France.

Okay, I'll grant you, Stalin's likely inability to uphold treaties he thought he could ignore, saved France. The idea of an imminent Soviet attack prompting Barbarossa was invented by German generals in the wake of WWII, and popularized by a Russian defector, Viktor Suvorov, in the 1980s. It has been thoroughly debunked. You should read Ronald Smeisner & Edward J. Davies: The Myth of the Eastern Front: The Nazi-Soviet War in American Popular CultureIt would be a good place for you to start, as you obviously have no idea what you're talking about.
