It is satire, not too different from the stuff you post in the political comedy thread. I'd be willing to bet someone here cringes with your posts as well.
As for disabling Likes/Dislikes and Comments, why does it matter? Do you feel this is a suppression of freedom of speech? It seems that most comments lack substance anyway, which is probably why a growing number of sites have discontinued their use.

Not the "thread for people with a sense of humor".  Then they should speak up. Won't change my posting habits, but... You clearly don't understand how ratioing works. If Governor Old Folks Killer left Like/Dislikes on, you could see how many people liked versus disliked it... I mean he can see it now. But everyone else could as well Comments, same thing. He's clearly not trying to game the algorithm, but I'm betting he left them off because he's a pussy. No, but it's the sign of someone who cannot face their detractors. However, it's possible he wanted it left "kid friendly", which turns comments off automatically. Bet I'm betting on pussy. They too are pussies. |
