Once again, I rest my case. Try and tell us all again that this is deadly.

Tell that to the 225 thousand dead people in the US on Trump's watch. While people get sick and die, he tells them to starve. A judge struck down the law and Trump is appealing it.
Fuck Trump straight to hell.
Those are planning scenario numbers and it's the best possible outcome. Seriously. Read the fine print.
For fuck's sake 3cat, proof-read your cites before posting them!!!!!
Because if I can suss out the glaring holes in your case, you don't got a case, because it's crumpled up at the bottom of the Challenger Deep.

Those stats also show Covid to be 56x deadlier to those at age 70+ than the common flu. And 50x deadlier at age 50-69.

Do you know why it's more deadly than the common flu? We have vaccines for the fucking common flu. We don't for Covid-19!!!!
We also have readily available treatments for the flu.

So most people(just over half) don't get vaccinated for the flu. Half the time they pick the wrong flu. They got it wrong this year. www.livescience.com/flu-shot-bad-match-influenza-b.html And the vaccine is only about 40-60% effective. If half don't get it and the flu averages 50% effectiveness for the remaining half, 75% of the population is at risk every single year. 25% effectiveness reduces the 56x more deadly Covid to only 43ishx more deadly.

It's still better than not having a vaccine. Back in the old days, flu pandemics were no joke and not easily survivable. Hell, back before penicillin, death from strep throat was a common occurrence.
So yeah. Vaccines + easily available treatments makes flu that much more survivable than Covid-19.

The attachment is a planning scenario and the best case at that.
It's actually alot of things. Not overwhelming hospitals, not getting a case of death, not getting complications from Covid-19....

I was just naysaying that the vaccine was the reason that the Flu isn't as deadly as Covid.

Fun fact. Most of the people who died from the Spanish Flu actually died from bacterial pneumonia after they caught the flu.
How'd they get bacterial pneumonia?
Wait for it... Wait for it...
They got bacterial pneumonia because of wearing masks.

They got bacterial pneumonia because of wearing masks. Fun fact. You should stop listening to clowns. www.snopes.com/fact-check/fauci-blame-flu-deaths-1918/"The majority of deaths during the influenza pandemic of 1918-1919 were not caused by the influenza virus acting alone, report researchers from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of the National Institutes of Health. Instead, most victims succumbed to bacterial pneumonia following influenza virus infection. The pneumonia was caused when bacteria that normally inhabit the nose and throat invaded the lungs along a pathway created when the virus destroyed the cells that line the bronchial tubes and lungs." The virus caused the pneumonia by destroying the cells needed to keep the pneumonia out.

I bet if Trump said the earth was flat and ancient aliens really did shape human history, he'd believe it.
