Not that Trump deserves it, but he has a far better claim to one than Obama did when Obama won his. The Nobel Peace Prize is a steaming heap of facile garbage, and seems well-suited to Trumpty.
Granting Trumpty one would add his name to the list of other great icons of peace, such as Henry Kissinger and Yasser Arafat.

Not that Obama's numbers are good, as drone strikes are notoriously high in collateral damage, but it's Trump. Nice high body count there. Personally think that all of the Presidents elected this century could probably be convicted of war crimes based on drone strikes alone. |

There are some that argue that drone strikes produce less colleratoral damage than "conventional" air strikes. It's not like the US hasn't had a habit of bombing stuff before, but now the drones give them time to observe. I don't know if that is true. It makes some sense that being able to observe safely makes it easier to hit the intended target, but does it also invite more attacks?
I also wouldn't be so sure that they could be realistically convicted of war crimes. It is not a crime to have civilian casualities during military strikes, it only becomes a crime when you cause excessive civilian casualties (compared to the military gains) or civilians were directly targeted by an attack.
The best way to avoid civilian casualties is not being at war in the first place, usually. But it seems so far no US government was willing to go there. Maybe another reason why the two-party system is problematic...

He calmly explained why he couldn't do what Trump wanted. For an hour.
Trump is in deep trouble. He is the only liar I saw in that phone call, spouting off debunked conspiracy theories and acting like a cheap thug.
