Well, they didn't have to deal with a lot of the stuff that had to be dealt with in Portland, like rubber bullets, tear gas, or people being pulled off the street for no apparent reason by "cops" in rental cars. Honestly, I support Ilhan Omar's impeachment idea. This was all precipitated by Trump and his inability to accept reality. |

Honestly, I support Ilhan Omar's impeachment idea. This was all precipitated by Trump and his inability to accept reality. That's the second stupidest thing I've heard about this since he lost. They don't have time to impeach him, he'll be out of office long before their glacial asses could pull an impeachment together. |

They'll have to settle for indicting him for tax fraud. I'll be happy if they convict him on that. Hell, I'm beyond ecstatic that the Democrats have the White House, House of Representatives and have secured the Senate as well. Of course the Republican "tears in their Cheerios" would be epic indeed because of that.

You did this false equivalency in this very thread, by saying the left and right see conspiracies everywhere. Right now, in the US, these political forces are different. One of them is very bad. Yes and they certified Biden's win. All this amounted to was an epic tantrum from Cadet Bonespurs and his group of idiots. The reality of the situation is, is that Trump is a carnival barker and a stinking coward. When push comes to shove, he folds like cheap, pissed on cardboard. Any real resistance and he runs and hides. Soon enough, his idiots will do the same.
Acting scared of the fucks and using labels like rebels and insurrectionists only gives them power and legitimacy in their own wee minds. Take away that oxygen and you're left with a bunch of fools who follow a bigger fool. I personally refuse to give them an ounce of that sort of power. That's all they are really. Fools, cowards and bullies following a blustering, cowardly oaf.
Trump only has the power one is willing to give him. Give him none.
It's basic psychology. Not rocket science.

But I'm not talking impeachment to remove him. I'm talking about impeachment to prevent him from ever holding office again. That is one of the penalties of impeachment. |
