Well, he didn't burst into flames when he stepped on church grounds or when he held the bible upside down. So that rules that out. LOL Okay, that was funny. On the other hand, I'm willing to be that he can't recite the Lord's prayer, so...

Trump is Putin's useful idiot. It doesn't take much to manipulate him. Not only that, he has a shit-ton of ties to Russia, which makes it even easier for Russia to manipulate him. I have been saying it's believable from the outset. I have not said it's true or not. Only that it's believable. I am not a die hard fan of anything. I absolutely hate Trump, that's true enough though. The man makes my skin crawl. The fact that you keep defending Trump kinda points you to being a die-hard fan of his. Nice try at projecting though. Doesn't work. Pointing out how wrong you continue to be isn't being a die-fan of Trump. You will never evolve beyond the level of pondscum until you start to understand this.

Then he quietly lifts the sanctions after attention dies down. There is also no excuse for his words, which do carry weight as president.

Then he quietly lifts the sanctions after attention dies down. There is also no excuse for his words, which do carry weight as president. The attention has never died down over Russia. The left, as you demonstrate clearly, is fixated on the Russia thing to the exclusion of rationality. Also, he doesn't make a big deal about the sanctions to show how strong he is. He quietly sanctions at the same time as he says stupid shit. If he were doing it like you suggest, as some sort of deflection of his real motives, he would be shouting at the top of his lungs about what he has been doing.

Yeah, but it's died down over that particular bit of drama. It's been replaced by Covid-19 and the BLM riots. Also, his words, absolutely does matter, especially when he's spouting mis-information and out-right lies every time he speaks.
For example:

It's the END TIMES! The Boogaloo Boys and BLM have joined forces for the terrible purpose of protesting for Open Carry!

Hate to burst your bubble, but their belief system depends on the specific group. Some are white supremacist, others aren't. They're all batshit crazy though. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boogaloo_movement

I can't even see it, even with the quote and copy trick.

I can't even see it, even with the quote and copy trick. Sometimes firefox struggles with the full link parameters in certain situations.
Here is the link NB provided when using the copy/paste method: pbs.twimg.com/media/EcLVSYIXgAEJPxA?format=png&name=large
Firefox seems to struggle parsing the ampersand escape (&), so we change all occurrences to just ampersand (&): pbs.twimg.com/media/EcLVSYIXgAEJPxA?format=png&name=large
And now the copy/paste method works!
You could also just remove the name=large parameter altogether to keep the image's original scaling: pbs.twimg.com/media/EcLVSYIXgAEJPxA?format=png
